M7150 Grinding Machine
M7150 grinder is a horizontal axis rectangular table surface grinder widely used in the mechanical manufacturing industry, mainly for grinding the surface of various metal parts such as steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. This machine tool uses grinding wheels around the periphery for grinding, which has the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency, and easy operation.

High precision machining:
Using high-precision guide rails and precision grinding heads, the machining accuracy can reach 0.005mm.
The grinding wheel spindle adopts a sleeve type dynamic static pressure spindle system, which has high rotational accuracy and strong rigidity.
High degree of automation:
Through numerical control system control, automatic loading and unloading, and automatic grinding are achieved, greatly improving production efficiency.
Two axis linkage feed, the worktable (Z-axis) and grinding wheel holder (X-axis) are both driven by AC servo ball screw pairs, with a minimum setting unit of 0.1 μ m and a maximum fast forward speed of 5m/min.
Multifunctionality:
Capable of completing automatic cyclic grinding of multiple outer circles in one installation of the workpiece.
Configure active measuring devices to achieve full closed-loop control of grinding processing.
Easy to operate:
Adopting advanced imported CNC systems, it has comprehensive control functions such as grinding process program transformation, workpiece quality management, machine tool status monitoring, fault self diagnosis, and abnormal alarm.
The machine tool is equipped with a dedicated user interface, including a coordinate setting screen, a grinding wheel shape parameter setting screen, a dressing parameter setting screen, etc., which is convenient for users to operate.
Structural design:
The bed body is a monolithic structure, with internal ribs arranged in a box shape, which has high overall stiffness and minimal thermal deformation.
The headstock spindle system adopts high-precision spindle bearings, which have extremely high rotational accuracy and high stiffness.
Hydraulic Drive:
The vertical movement of the workbench and the horizontal feed of the grinding head are both driven by hydraulic pressure, with stepless speed regulation, smooth operation, and reliable performance.
Hydraulic oil circulates to balance oil temperature distribution and reduce thermal deformation of the machine tool.
